Position Type: Contract

Duration: 14 months.

Preferred Skills: Public sector experience, ABAP programming, team collaboration and communication, ability to direct data-related tasks with non-technical team members, documenting dependencies and coordinating data loads and extracts, mentoring staff for post-implementation support

Position Overview

The contractor will serve as a full-time SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to assist in the production support of the SuccessFactors Employee Central system. The Specialist will be responsible for all integration activities between SuccessFactors (EC) and the ECC modules (HCM/FI), as well as non-SAP systems (Legacy Systems/Outside Vendors).

Daily Duties / Responsibilities

• Lead data migration, interface, and integration tasks for SuccessFactors implementation projects and production support.
• Perform all steps in the data migration process, including inbound/outbound interfaces and integration.
• Integrate SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems.
• Use SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center.
• Create design, data mapping, and specification documents.
• Discuss and direct data-related tasks with non-technical team members.
• Document dependencies and coordinate data loads and extracts.
• Mentor staff who will be responsible for ongoing support after implementation.
  
  

Required Skills

• Data Migration & Integration Specialist with at least 7 years of experience with all steps in the data migration process, inbound/outbound interfaces and integration (SME)
• Experience leading data migration, interface and integration tasks for a recent SuccessFactors implementation project and production support (Advanced)
• Participated in data migration, interfaces, and integration for at least 2 recent SuccessFactors EC implementations (Intermediate)
• Good functional knowledge of SuccessFactors EC and ECC HCM/FI (Intermediate)
• Experience using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration and Integration Center (Advanced)
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors EC with both SAP ECC and non-SAP systems (Advanced)
• Experience creating design, data mapping, and specification documents (SME)
