WHAT THIS JOB IS:
Many of the processes we fix for clients in Germany end in SAP: purchase orders, invoices, cost center postings. When a request from our workflow does not arrive there correctly, someone has to find out why. We are hiring an SAP Support Specialist in Germany for that. Full-time and remote anywhere in Germany. The Chicago team is online from your afternoon.
YOUR PART IN IT:

YOUR PART IN IT:
- Investigate why records from our workflows fail or arrive incomplete in SAP
- Check IDocs, interface logs and master data with client SAP teams
- Fix mapping and master data problems or hand them over with a clear description
- Test interface changes before go-live
- Document recurring errors and their fixes
- A degree in business informatics or economics, IT training, or comparable experience
- First experience with SAP as a key user, in support or in a project (internships count)
- Basic understanding of purchasing or accounting processes
- Knowledge of SAP MM or FI (bonus)
- Experience with S/4HANA (bonus)
