Mandatory Skills:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in OpenText VIM and OCR solutions.

  • Strong expertise in SAP OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).

  • Hands-on experience with OpenText IC4S / BCC.

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and SAP FICO.

  • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P/PTP) processes.

  • Experience in VIM implementation, configuration, rollout and support.

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Workflow and Fiori.

  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle OpenText VIM implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end OpenText VIM and IC4S solution design and implementation.

  • Configure invoice processing, OCR extraction, approval workflows and exception handling.

  • Integrate VIM with SAP MM and FICO.

  • Handle PO and Non-PO invoice processing and automation.

  • Work with business stakeholders to optimize invoice management processes.
