Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Saviynt IGA Developer & Operations Engineer to configure, manage, and optimize our enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform using Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). In this role, you will manage system integrations, automate lifecycle workflows, maintain governance controls, and handle day-to-day platform administration and incident resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Development & Configuration
  • Saviynt Implementation & Customization: Design, configure, and maintain Saviynt EIC modules, including User Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Access Certifications, and Analytics.
  • Integrations: Configure and manage integrations with target systems (Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP, Salesforce, databases, REST/SOAP APIs, and flat files).
  • Workflows & Scripting: Develop and maintain workflows, rules, and triggers using JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, JSON, REST APIs, and automation tools to automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.
  • Security & Governance: Configure Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies, privileged access management (PAM) integrations, and risk modeling rules.
Operations & Administration
  • System Operations & Support: Oversee daily IGA operations, monitor scheduled job runs, address platform alerts, and resolve L2/L3 technical incidents during standard business hours.
  • Maintenance & Upgrades: Support platform updates, patches, tenant management, and configuration migrations across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize database queries, API integration payloads, and job execution schedules to maintain platform health.
  • Audit & Compliance Support: Assist with internal and external compliance requests by generating audit reports, verifying SOD rulesets, and ensuring control effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3–5+ years in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt EIC development and administration.
  • Development & Scripting: Proficiency in JavaScript, Groovy, PowerShell, Python, SQL/MySQL, working with REST/SOAP APIs, and utilizing relevant automation tools.
  • Directory & Protocol Knowledge: Understanding of LDAP, SCIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAML, and OAuth 2.0.
  • Problem Solving: Experience troubleshooting job failures, workflow execution exceptions, and integration issues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications: Saviynt Certified Associate / Professional or relevant security certifications (e.g., Security+).
  • Tools & Versioning: Familiarity with Jira and Git for version control and issue tracking.
