Scrum Master
Responsibilities
Own the agile delivery rhythm of the a Data team.
Keep the backlog, sprints and reporting running smoothly, and turn Jira data into clear delivery reports for the client and for InnoWave leadership.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retrospective) and coach the team on agile practice.
Own the Jira setup for the team: projects, boards, workflows, fields, dashboards and filters.
Maintain team documentation and delivery artefacts in Confluence.
Extract data from Jira and produce delivery and progress reporting (PowerPoint is enough).
Track progress, dependencies, risks and impediments, and escalate when needed.
Work with the Data Office, the client’s stakeholders and the delivery lead on priorities and capacity.
Skills
Degree in Computer Science or in similar areas.
Must have Scrum certification (CSM, PSM or equivalent).
Working knowledge of AI and agentic AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, Claude), at a minimum level: able to use them in day-to-day work such as drafting, summarising and reporting.
Strong, hands-on Jira expertise (advanced JQL, workflow and board configuration, dashboards, automation).
Strong Confluence knowledge.
Proven Scrum Master experience on data or technology teams.
Able to extract Jira data and turn it into clear reports (PowerPoint is enough).
Clear communication with business and technical stakeholders, in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
Nice to Have
SQL or Python to extract and cross Jira data with the data lake (Databricks).
Experience with data platforms and data engineering teams.
Experience in energy or a client-facing consulting environment.
SAFe or other agile scaling experience.
