Scrum Master - Remote

- This is a remote position;

- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity;

- Prepare and facilitate the agile ceremonies of the team;

- Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;

- Training the team in an agile way of working;

- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.

- Degree in Information Technologies (or relevant area);

- At least 4 years’ experience working as a project manager;

- PMP, Scrum or other certification is considered a plus;

- Excellent communication and leadership skills;

- Worked in agile projects;

- Good spoken and written English communication skills;

- Currently living in Portugal.
