Security Domain Architect

Responsible for designing and operationalizing secure, compliant IT architectures that enable business innovation while reducing risk. At Deloitte. Perform security architecture reviews during project delivery and security solution review initiatives, translating security requirements into implementable technical designs; Conduct threat‑led architecture assessments and provide clear cloud/security guidance to technical teams and stakeholders; Design end‑to‑end security solutions that balance risk reduction, compliance and operational efficiency, including cloud, infrastructure hardening and application security patterns; Assess third‑party and service‑provider architectures for compliance with security standards and advise on remediation; Present architecture assessments, security posture and recommendations to technical, risk and business stakeholders; represent security architecture in governance bodies as needed; Collaborate with IT, security and business units to embed security into BAU and support cross‑functional technical projects and IT architecture requests; Optimise cost‑effectiveness of security controls and architecture decisions; Enable capability building through hands‑on knowledge transfer, mentoring and technical acumen. Furthermore, as a Security Domain Architect, you have: At least 5 years in security architecture or extended IT architecture role A degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience Relevant certifications demonstrating architecture and security expertise, such as: - TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) - CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC - AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Azure Solutions Architect - Cloud Security Alliance CCSK or equivalent As a Security Domain Architect at Deloitte, you'll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills.
