Role Summary:

Senior Recruiter responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for Solidigm’s U.S. hiring, primarily supporting semiconductor, engineering, technology, manufacturing, and select corporate roles. The position requires strong semiconductor/technical recruiting expertise, proactive sourcing capabilities, and hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer support, and offer follow-through.
• Develop recruiting strategies and talent pipelines for technical and semiconductor positions.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, SmartRecruiters, Boolean searches, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate candidate/requisition records and dispositioning in SmartRecruiters.
• Partner with hiring managers and advise on pipeline health, market conditions, candidate feedback, and recruiting risks.
• Ensure a strong candidate experience and collaborate with TA, HR, and business teams.

Must-Haves: 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting, semiconductor industry recruiting experience, technical recruiting experience, strong SmartRecruiters + LinkedIn Recruiter, passive sourcing/Boolean search skills, and strong stakeholder management.

Preferred: Recruiting experience with NAND, SSD, firmware, ASIC, device/design, product, process, validation, or manufacturing engineering talent; talent mapping/recruiting analytics experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
