Diaceutics PLC is a diagnostic-driven therapy commercialization company. For 20 years we have built the intelligence and engagement solutions that help biopharma see where eligible patients are emerging, engage the HCPs and labs shaping treatment decisions, and move faster from diagnostic activity to therapy adoption. The therapies we support touch 1 in 10 American lives - 30 to 40 million patients a year - across 700+ diagnostic-driven therapies, backed by a network of 600+ US labs and clients including AbbVie, AstraZeneca, GSK, Novartis, Pfizer and Roche.
Our portfolio brings together Intelligence Solutions (Signal, Insight Services, and Practice Gaps launching soon) and Engagement Solutions (Physician Engage, Expert Exchange, Lab Engage, Scientific Engagement, Precision Medicine Educators), connected through Relay - a partnership model built for precision medicine - and powered by the DXRX platform and Reveal engine. We are headquartered in Jersey City, NJ (US) and Belfast, UK, and we are moving into our next chapter under a Precision for All ambition: a future where every eligible patient is identified, diagnosed and receives the right therapy at the right time. This role sits inside the marketing function we are building to scale that ambition.
This role owns the Diaceutics Account-based Marketing motion in-market with the US pharma client base. You lead the ABM program end-to-end - account selection (in conjunction with Strategic Marketing), playbook build, named-account engagement, multi-threading, and pipeline attribution - and partner VP Sales at forum level.
The US positioning matters: 17 of the top 20 global pharma companies are Diaceutics clients, and most of our commercial decision-making sits in the US. You run the ABM program in time zone with the US Sales team and US pharma buying centers.
Senior Manager grade. Hands-on account program ownership and delivery with cross-functional partnership and Sales-side influence, operating transatlantically with a UK-anchored exec and support team and the US client base.
Duties & Responsibilities
Own the Diaceutics ABM program end-to-end - account selection, playbook build, engagement, multi-threading, pipeline attribution
Run the Tier 1/2/3 named-account playbook - account research, engagement plans, campaign cadence, multi-channel delivery
Drive an AI-first approach to ABM, continuously evolving how account research, personalization, content, live account triggers and activation are used to drive engagement.
Partner Sales leaders on the ABM–Sales operating model - joint account planning, SLA on handoffs, closed-loop reporting
Own the ABM content and asset pipeline - bespoke account content, reference packs, campaign assets
Run the ABM operating rhythm - weekly account review, monthly ABM–Sales forum, quarterly program review
Partner the Marketing Operations Specialist on HubSpot and Salesforce configuration for ABM targeting and attribution
Measures for Success
Growth & Value Creation:
Marketing-sourced and Marketing-influenced ABM pipeline supports the 17-of-20 top-pharma expansion thesis
Named-account engagement depth improves on quarterly tracking - multi-thread coverage, exec engagement, meeting cadence
Win rate on ABM-engaged accounts measurably exceeds non-ABM baseline
ACV on ABM-engaged accounts tracks against the Demandbase +171% benchmark directionally
Operational Excellence:
Tier 1/2/3 account playbook is live and maintained - account research, engagement plans, campaign cadence all current
Weekly account review, monthly ABM–Sales forum and quarterly program review all run on cadence
ABM asset pipeline is tracked - bespoke content lands on time for named accounts
HubSpot and Salesforce configuration for ABM targeting and attribution is current
Collaboration & Capability:
US & UK-based Sales leadership reports productive partnership on ABM–Sales operating model and account planning
Product Marketing Manager (US) reports account-specific enablement is on time for Tier 1 named pharma accounts
Client & Partner Marketing Manager (US) reports reference assets land on cue for named-account plays
Events & Field Marketing Specialist (UK) reports account-anchored event activity is coordinated across time zones
What we are looking for
Must have: Experience targeting pharma and biotech audiences, with understanding of the US pharma industry, drug lifecycle or commercialization journey, plus experience using HubSpot and Salesforce for ABM targeting.
Data-literate - defends ABM pipeline attribution and account-engagement metrics
Writing - account-specific narrative and campaign content

Account-first instinct - fluent at reading named-account dynamics, buying centers and multi-threading opportunities
Direct US pharma, healthcare-data or life-sciences sector experience - closed enough to the buyer to run account-level conversations without translation
7–10 years B2B ABM / enterprise marketing experience
