Senior Manager, U.S. Marketing - Strategic Accounts
About Hugel Aesthetics
Hugel Aesthetics is a fast-growing leader in the medical aesthetics industry, bringing innovative injectable and skin-care solutions to the Aesthetics market across the United States. We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered organizations.
Founded in 2001, Hugel
is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.
Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.
Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.
This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together. As we scale our commercial footprint, we're building a sales organization defined by hunger, excellence, and relentless customer focus.
The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, US Marketing - Strategic Accounts owns marketing for Hugel Aesthetics' highest-volume, multi-location customers — medspa groups, dermatology and plastic surgery networks, and other enterprise aesthetics accounts. This person is the dedicated marketing partner to the Strategic Accounts sales team and to the customers at each key strategic account, working hand in hand with that sales team to support our strategic accounts. A candidate interested in this role would have prior experience working with key accounts in the aesthetics industry.
This role works with each strategic account on onboarding their marketing teams/platforms, and offering tailored and custom marketing needs to the specific account need(s). The Sr. Manager develops unique creative campaigns based on the account’s goals, and is the “go to” for all marketing needs and brand partnerships for the strategic account. This role will also be a liaison for media campaigns and public relations support within the strategic account to help elevate the output.
This leader will lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the strategic account strategy, including customer engagement, advertising, executive-focused pitch content, and high-impact customer experiences. The role builds account-specific programs that grow brand adoption and patient demand across every location an account operates. It balances national consistency with local execution, turning Hugel's brand strategy into plans that work for our strategic, multi-site aesthetic accounts in a rapidly evolving market. This role will help manage the internal Promotion Review Compliance processes and navigate promotion review discussions and approvable content.
This role combines strategic marketing leadership with operational excellence, ensuring every marketing touchpoint for our strategic accounts is optimized, measurable and has impact for our customers. Success means strategic accounts see Hugel as a growth partner,— measured in volume, marketing engagement and increased patient demand.
This role will ideally be based in Irvine, CA, but the work location is flexible.
