Responsibilities

1.Strategic Account Ownership

  • Take overall commercial ownership of an assigned portfolio of strategic Seven Peaks accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a clear account strategy and growth plan for each assigned client.
  • Build a deep understanding of each client's business strategy, organizational structure, technology landscape, priorities and upcoming initiatives.
  • Map key stakeholders, decision makers, influencers and sponsors, and build relationships across multiple levels of the client organization.
  • Run regular account reviews and proactively identify risks, opportunities and areas requiring management attention.
  • Position Seven Peaks as a long-term strategic partner rather than a project-based supplier.

2.Account Growth & Opportunity Development

  • Take responsibility for systematically growing revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Proactively identify upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities across Seven Peaks' service portfolio.
  • Work with internal teams to introduce new capabilities and service offerings based on evolving client needs.
  • Identify opportunities before formal requirements or RFPs are created and work with clients to help shape those opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with new business units, departments and stakeholders within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain a healthy account-level opportunity pipeline and drive renewals, extensions and follow-on engagements.

3.Client Satisfaction & Relationship Management

  • Act as a senior commercial point of contact for assigned clients and maintain regular engagement with key stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor client satisfaction and ensure Seven Peaks teams remain aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify dissatisfaction, delivery concerns or relationship risks early and coordinate the appropriate internal response.
  • Capture client feedback, communicate it internally and ensure appropriate actions are followed through.
  • Build trusted relationships that enable candid conversations about challenges, priorities and future initiatives.

4.Financial & Commercial Health

  • Own the overall financial health of assigned accounts, including revenue, contracted backlog, margin, pipeline and future revenue outlook.
  • Work with Delivery and Finance teams to understand project performance and identify potential commercial risks.
  • Ensure account growth is commercially sustainable and aligned with Seven Peaks' margin expectations.
  • Identify potential revenue gaps early and build account plans to address them.
  • Support commercial discussions including renewals, extensions, pricing changes and new engagements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of existing and potential account revenue.

5.Delivery & Team Satisfaction

  • Work closely with Delivery, Engineering, Design, Data and Product teams to maintain healthy client engagements.
  • Maintain awareness of delivery performance without replacing the responsibilities of Project Managers or Delivery Leads.
  • Understand the satisfaction and engagement of Seven Peaks team members working within assigned accounts.
  • Work with Delivery and People teams to proactively address account-level issues affecting team members.
  • Ensure commercial commitments made to clients remain aligned with delivery capability.

6.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the internal champion for assigned accounts and connect client needs with the appropriate Seven Peaks capabilities and subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to develop and close new opportunities.
  • Work with Engineering, Design, Product, Data and AI teams to identify new technology, product, experience and transformation opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal account planning sessions and ensure relevant stakeholders understand the client's priorities and opportunity landscape.

7.Account Planning, Governance & CRM

  • Maintain comprehensive account plans and accurate client, stakeholder and opportunity information within the CRM.
  • Ensure material opportunities are recorded, qualified and progressed through the agreed sales process.
  • Produce regular account forecasts covering contracted revenue, renewals and new opportunities.
  • Conduct periodic strategic account reviews with Seven Peaks leadership and maintain clear action plans for growth, satisfaction and commercial risk.

Key Measures of Success

  • Account revenue growth and increased account lifetime value.
  • Net revenue retention, contract renewal and client retention.
  • New opportunities generated from assigned accounts, including upsell and cross-sell revenue.
  • Account profitability and overall commercial health.
  • Client satisfaction and strength of strategic stakeholder relationships.
  • Seven Peaks team satisfaction within assigned accounts.
  • Accuracy and health of account pipeline and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications — Required

  • Proven track record in B2B account management, strategic account management, consulting or technology services.
  • Demonstrated history of growing existing client accounts, with clear examples of revenue expansion, cross-selling, upselling or increasing account value.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand account revenue, profitability, pipeline and financial performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand a client's business strategy and translate business challenges into potential technology or consulting opportunities.
  • Strong opportunity identification, consultative selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable initiating commercial conversations rather than waiting for clients to provide requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver client outcomes and create new opportunities.
  • Highly proactive, structured and accountable approach to managing clients in an OKR-driven environment.
  • Strong CRM discipline and experience using platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Pipedrive.
  • Thai language proficiency is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Qualifications — Preferred

  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts within technology consulting, software development, digital transformation or professional services.
  • Experience expanding engagements across Software Engineering, Product Development, UX/UI, Data & Analytics, AI, Cloud or Digital Transformation.
  • Experience working with complex enterprise organizations involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Experience developing strategic account plans and executive stakeholder maps.
  • Familiarity with the Thailand / Southeast Asia enterprise technology market landscape.
