A full-time, permanent Senior Account Manager role is available in our Melbourne office (hybrid with flexible 2 WFH days and 3 days in-office)

We’re a team of strategists, designers, writers and project managers, working with some of Australia’s most iconic and trusted brands, helping to make them unmistakable.

We deliver outstanding work for our clients. And we’re proud to be recognised as one of the most awarded agencies in the Asia Pacific region.

As a key part of the account management team, you’ll be central to delivering remarkable service that’s the envy of our industry. You’ll go above and beyond, constantly coming up with new ideas and opportunities that benefit our clients’ businesses, and motivate and inspire your colleagues.

Our ideal candidate

You’ll be a confident and capable client partner who builds trusted relationships and keeps projects running smoothly. With a strong understanding of each client’s business, you’ll anticipate their needs and identify opportunities to add value. You’ll manage budgets, timelines and expectations exceptionally, support the wider team, and take ownership of delivering an excellent client experience.

You’ll be someone who loves the role of account management and project delivery, working within a close-knit team, and has an understanding and passion for brand and design.

Adaptable and proactive, you’ll demonstrate strong initiative and a willingness to learn.

With 3-5 years of marketing, business and/or relevant industry experience behind you, you’ll understand what it takes to deliver exceptional service.

You'll have:

  • An ability to keep projects running smoothly, adapt where required, and deliver outstanding outcomes
  • Experience managing budgets, timelines and client expectations to a consistently high standard
  • Enthusiasm, energy, tenacity and perseverance
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous organisational skills
  • Clear, structured thinking
  • Efficient time management, with the ability to balance and prioritise competing tasks
  • Relevant computer skills (Microsoft 365)

  • To support our team, we offer all employees great benefits including a close focus on personal and skills development, additional leave entitlements and hybrid working. We have established wellbeing benefits, finding ways of supporting and improving wellbeing for everyone in the team. As well as regular social and informal activities and initiatives.

If this sounds like what you’re looking for in your next role, we’d love to hear from you!
