  • Develop incident response procedures, investigation templates, escalation criteria, and recovery guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of investigations, security events, remediation activities, and incident outcomes.
  • Prepare management reports covering account takeover trends, control effectiveness, risk exposure, and prevention performance.
  • Provide guidance and training to relevant teams on account security risks and secure account recovery practices.

  • Experience reviewing security logs, authentication events, and account activity using monitoring or analytical platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or comparable tools for security data analysis.
  • Understanding of incident response, threat investigation, fraud prevention, and account recovery procedures.
  • Familiarity with relevant security frameworks and identity protection practices.
  • Ability to assess security controls and recommend improvements based on measurable risk indicators.
  • Strong analytical thinking, investigative skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage sensitive security incidents and work independently in a fully remote environment.
