We are multi award winning and most recently, we were named Professional Services Team of the Year at the Property Week Awards 2026. ⚡️ The Role This is a pivotal position within our Property Finance department, where you'll take ownership of TSP's accounts payable function while supporting the day to day finance function of a busy property management department. You'll be working across a portfolio of multiple clients, properties and funds, each with their own tenants, suppliers and reporting requirements. 🙌Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations across our diverse portfolio of clients, properties and funds, ensuring every invoice is coded and logged against the correct client, property and fund Manage supplier relationships and resolve complex invoice queries with contractors and service providers Process weekly supplier pay runs across the portfolio, in line with each client's approval and payment schedules 🔥 Your Core Duties Compliance Management: Ensure all payments comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies Vendor Management: Maintain accurate supplier databases and manage onboarding of new contractors across the portfolio Reporting: Prepare regular accounts payable reports and KPI tracking for senior management and quarterly client statements. Process Documentation: Create and maintain procedure manuals to support business continuity Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Property Management and Investment teams on portfolio-specific requirements Sustainability Reporting: Contribute to ESG reporting requirements aligned with our B Corp commitments. Tenant Charges: Calculate and apply insurance and electricity recharges to the correct tenants and properties Cash Management: Monitor and forecast cashflow across client accounts to ensure funds are available for payments 👀 What We’re Looking For Proven accounts payable experience with demonstrable expertise in high-volume invoice processing. 5+ years experience would be preferred.
