Senior Accounts Executive

Role Description As the Owner of Changing Work, this part-time remote role involves stewarding the organization’s vision, values, and strategic direction. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping programs and content, nurturing partnerships and community relationships, and ensuring that offerings such as courses, events, and media channels reflect the mission of transforming work from the inside out. The role oversees operational priorities, coordinates with collaborators and contributors, and manages budgets and resources in alignment with both impact and sustainability. The Owner also represents Changing Work in public-facing spaces, facilitates conversations with conscious leaders, and continually refines the movement’s approach based on feedback and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in conscious or values-driven leadership, with the ability to align strategy, operations, and culture to mission and purpose.
• Background in community building or facilitation, including organizing events, cohorts, or online spaces that foster connection and learning.
• Skills in content creation or oversight (e.g., writing, editorial review, podcast or course development) to support books, audio, and digital offerings.
• Competence in basic business management, including budgeting, project coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate across diverse perspectives and work styles.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment, demonstrating self-management, reliability, and thoughtful decision-making.
• Experience or interest in topics such as workplace transformation, organizational development, healing-centered leadership, or social impact is beneficial.
• Prior entrepreneurial or small-organization leadership experience is a plus, though candidates with equivalent relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
