Trust Administrator / Trust Officer

Client Services | Singapore Join Sequent and become part of a dynamic international fiduciary business providing bespoke trust, corporate and family office services to successful individuals and families worldwide. We are currently looking for Trust Administrators and Trust Officers to join our growing Singapore office. We welcome applications from candidates at both Staff level (1–3 years' experience) and Executive/Associate level (3–5 years' experience). The Role You will support the administration of an international portfolio of trusts, companies and related structures, working closely with colleagues, clients and professional advisors across multiple jurisdictions. Depending on your level of experience, your responsibilities may include: Assisting with the day-to-day administration of trusts, companies and related entities Managing a portfolio of trust and corporate structures under supervision or independently Liaising with clients, banks, lawyers, tax advisors, accountants and other professional intermediaries Preparing documentation, resolutions, payments, bank account opening packages and statutory filings Coordinating transactions and maintaining accurate client records and databases Monitoring compliance and corporate governance requirements Reviewing financial information and assisting with accounting and administrative matters Participating in client meetings and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for more experienced candidates) Taking responsibility for assigned mandates in accordance with company policies and procedures About You Trust Administrator (Staff Level) 1–3 years of experience in trust, corporate services, fiduciary, banking, legal or related financial services environments Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law or a related field Excellent organisational and administrative skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Ability to manage priorities and work effectively within a team Professional communication skills and client-focused mindset Trust Officer (Executive / Associate Level) 3–5 years of experience in the administration of trusts and corporate structures Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of international clients and structures STEP qualification or working towards STEP membership is preferred Strong technical knowledge of trust and fiduciary administration Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and manage multiple priorities Personal Attributes We are looking for individuals who are: Reliable, conscientious and professional Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills Solutions-oriented and capable of working independently Well-organised and able to prioritise effectively Flexible, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Collaborative team players with a positive attitude Discreet, trustworthy and committed to the highest ethical standards Fluent in English; Mandarin or other Asian language skills are advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Why Join Sequent?
