The Role

The Senior Agile Coach, Delivery Enablement works directly with technology and delivery teams to improve how they plan, execute and track their work. The role is hands-on: the coach works alongside teams to shape sprint cadence, planning discipline and day-to-day use of Jira and Confluence, rather than operating only as an advisor.

The coach supports teams working in Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery models. This covers sprint calendars and ceremonies, backlog quality and sprint readiness, prioritisation and ownership, and removing the blockers that hold up delivery flow. The coach also facilitates goals setting, quarterly planning and team planning sessions, and runs a Scrum of Scrums focused on dependencies, blockers, decisions and wins, so that priorities and delivery stay aligned across teams.

The role also covers the practical side of Atlassian ways of working: simplifying boards, workflows, dashboards, filters and reporting, and reducing unnecessary administration. It improves delivery visibility, metrics and predictability, and, where appropriate, uses Atlassian and AI tooling to automate repetitive delivery and PMO activities so that teams spend less time on manual status chasing. The aim is lightweight, practical Agile practice that suits a fast-growing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Team coaching and delivery cadence

• Coach teams across Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery models.
• Help teams establish effective sprint calendars and ceremonies.
• Improve backlog quality, sprint readiness, prioritisation and ownership.
• Work hands-on with teams rather than operating only as an advisor.

Planning and alignment

• Facilitate OKR setting, quarterly planning and team planning sessions.
• Facilitate Scrum of Scrums focused on dependencies, blockers, decisions and wins.
• Support teams in removing blockers and improving delivery flow.

Jira and Confluence ways of working

• Improve practical use of Jira and Confluence, including boards, workflows, dashboards, filters and reporting.
• Simplify Atlassian ways of working and reduce unnecessary administration.

Visibility and automation

• Improve delivery visibility, metrics and predictability.
• Help automate repetitive delivery and PMO activities using Atlassian and AI where appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in a technology environment.
• Practical Scrum, Kanban and hybrid delivery experience.
• Experience facilitating OKRs, quarterly planning and cross-team planning sessions.
• Experience improving sprint planning, backlog discipline and delivery metrics.
• Strong Jira and Confluence capability.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-growing environment.
