At HEINEKEN Kraków (Heineken Business Services Poland) our success comes directly from our great people. We are a growing team of business experts in finance, accounting, data and technology ready to „WOW” the world with our expertise, passion and pride to be GREEN. We act on our values of Passion for consumers & customers, Courage to dream & pioneer, Care for people & planet, Enjoyment of Life, always focused on being ourselves: inclusive, diverse, and open for new challenges.

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations across HEINEKEN Operating Companies (OpCos).

The ideal candidate is a highly independent, delivery-focused professional with extensive ERP implementation experience, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects from initiation through successful go-live and hypercare.

We are particularly interested in a hands-on Senior Project Manager who has successfully delivered several ERP implementations, understands the challenges of deploying enterprise systems across different business environments, and can independently drive projects to completion.

The priority is proven ERP implementation delivery experience, not expertise in a particular technology platform.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • End-to-End Project Delivery: Lead ERP implementation projects through all phases, including initiation, planning, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare. Proven experience in cutover management.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • OpCo Engagement: Work directly with Operating Companies, ensuring close collaboration, effective communication, and alignment with local business stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior management, business representatives, technical teams, and Steering Committees, providing transparent reporting and driving timely decisions.
  • Program management: Organize the Central Steering Committee, coordinate alignment on the deployment roadmap, report on deployment status on behalf of 1 -2 colleagues.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resource availability, and ensure effective collaboration across business and technology stakeholders.
  • Implementation Governance: Proactively manage risks, issues, escalations, and dependencies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Experience coordinating external implementation partners and technology vendors. Familiarity with IBM would be beneficial
  • Business Process Transition: Oversee the migration of existing business processes into the new ERP environment, following an established implementation approach without a formal fit-gap analysis phase.

You are a good candidate if you have:

  • extensive experience managing end-to-end ERP implementations in complex, international organizations.
  • proven track record of successfully delivering ERP projects from kickoff through go-live and hypercare
  • experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision, Oracle, or similar. Expertise in a specific ERP platform is not mandatory
  • strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, and resource coordination
  • excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working with senior leadership and Steering Committees
  • ability to operate independently, take ownership of delivery, and manage multiple stakeholders without relying on a dedicated transition management team
  • experience coordinating multiple overlapping projects would be a strong advantage
  • proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on delivery outcomes
  • fluency in English

Assignment Details

  • Project portfolio: Potential responsibility for multiple overlapping ERP implementations, working alongside another Project Manager.
  • Working environment: International, cross-functional, with direct engagement across HEINEKEN Operating Companies.
  • Travel: Estimated travel requirements may include up to three visits per project, each lasting approximately one to two weeks. The average project duration is expected to be five months, with potential overlaps between projects.

At HEINEKEN Kraków, we take integrity and ethical conduct seriously. If someone has concerns about a possible violation of legal regulations indicated in Polish Whistleblowing Act or our Code of Business Conduct, we encourage them to speak up. Cases can be reported to global team or locally (in line with the local HGSS Whistleblowing procedure) by selecting proper option in this tool or by communicating it on hotline.
