The Role

Our AI Social Media Architect is leading a growing number of projects across social media, content, automation, and AI. We're hiring a second senior builder with a similar skill set to support those initiatives and increase how much the team can build and ship.

You will report to the Architect and work whenever you're needed most. Some weeks that maay mean building an automation from scratch. Other it may mean running founder content, launching a new account, or digging into performance data.

This is not a traditional Social Media Manager role. We're looking for someone with deep social media expertise and advanced, hands-on AI and automation capabilities who can take an objective and run with it without a detailed playbook.

What You’ll Do

Founder Content & Personal Brand

• Support content strategy, production, and publishing for our Founder's presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Turn the Founder's ideas, interviews, and appearances into content that sounds like him and fits each platform.
• Track what builds qualified attention and feed those learnings back into the plan.

AI-Powered Content Engine

• Help build and operate the engine that turns our podcasts, interviews, appearances, and other original content into platform-native content at scale.
• Support the full content lifecycle: long-form content → identify best moments → clip → edit → caption → package → publish → analyze → optimize.
• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand standards as output grows.

Multi-Platforms & Multi-Account Distribution

• Help design and operate a network of accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn.
• Support differentiated strategies for flagship brand and founder accounts, niche and educational properties, and other strategic accounts.
• Test how accounts can ethically and effectively reach new audiences and drive qualified attention toward primary properties.

AI & Automation Build-Outs

• Support AI and automation projects across Rastegar and INF1NITY, from scoping and prototyping through launch and improvement.
• Build with LLMs, AI agents, prompt and context engineering, AI video, image, and voice generation, APIs, and platforms such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Help connect content production, publishing, analytics, social listening, and CRM systems.
• Work with engineering and leadership to turn ideas into working tools.

Funnels, Analytics & Monetization

• Help connect social distribution to landing pages, email, SMS, CRM, communities, events, and other conversion channels.
• Build reporting and experiments that identify winning content, formats, hooks, and distribution strategies.
• Track what generates qualified audience growth, leads, and revenue, not simply views or engagement.

Special Projects

• Pick up new projects and initiatives as priorities change.
• Take work off the Architect's plate and carry it through to completion with minimal hand-holding.
• Document systems and decisions so that the team can reuse and build on them.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• Demonstrated experience building and growing social media audiences, with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, including platform-specific content formats, algorithms, hooks, retention, and distribution.
• Hands-on experience building or operating multi-account social media networks.
• Strong experience using AI to automate content production, distribution, or other meaningful parts of a social media operation.
• Advanced proficiency with LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and workflow automation.
• Experience building automated long-form-to-short-form content pipelines.
• Strong understanding of content analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization.
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to connect social media activity to measurable business outcomes.
• High ownership and the ability to move between several projects at once.

Bonus Points For

• Experience creating AI influencers, AI-generated media accounts, or digital personas.
• Experience building funnels that convert social audiences into leads or customers.
• Experience with CRM, email, SMS, or community integrations.
• Experience with AI video, image, and voice generation.
• Experience operating social media for a founder, investment platform, financial services company, or other complex business.
• Experience building or scaling a content, growth, or media operation.
