Job Description We’re hiring an AI Transformation & Adoption Lead to drive AI adoption across the business, partnering with internal IT, business teams, and external technology vendors to identify opportunities, evaluate solutions, and lead successful adoption. Identify AI and digital transformation opportunities and lead their successful adoption. Evaluate AI tools and solutions and develop practical adoption strategies. Translate business needs into clear requirements, use cases, and success criteria. Partner with internal IT teams and external technology vendors to deliver solutions. Hold vendors and delivery partners accountable for quality and outcomes. Lead change management and user adoption across affected teams. Assess AI solutions for business value, security, data privacy, governance, and risk. Work with stakeholders to continuously improve solutions based on feedback and changing business needs. Communicate recommendations, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g. AI/ML platform certifications, project or change management certifications) are a plus but not required. 3–5+ years of hands-on experience leading or executing AI or digital-transformation initiatives: Tool evaluation, adoption strategy, and change management Solid practical understanding of modern AI/LLM systems: capabilities, limitations, common failure modes (e.g. hallucination), and core concepts like prompting, context windows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) Working knowledge of AI governance and risk considerations in a data-sensitive business environment Track record delivering through vendors, IT teams, or cross-functional partners, not just through direct reports Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior leadership Demonstrated adaptability: real evidence of changing course based on feedback, not just executing a fixed plan Background in professional services, consulting, or enterprise IT services Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, Microsoft Purview) Experience managing external technology vendors or delivery partners Competitive compensation.
