Scope of the role: Designing and building a mobile application for a TMS class system (Transportation Management System) - a solution built from scratch using Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform and Jetpack Compose Co-creating a new mobile team set up specifically for this project - real influence on the application architecture, working standards and technical decisions from day one Integrating the application with API interfaces and logistics systems, and using LLMs and agentic solutions to support the software development process (SDLC) What you need to join us: Must have: 5+ years of commercial exp. with Android development along with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) Expert knowledge of the Android SDK , different versions of Android and device configurations Experience with Jetpack libraries, Android Architecture components and the MVVM and Clean Architecture patterns Hands-on experience working with LLMs and agentic development, including workflows that support the SDLC process English B2+, Polish C1+ or native Eligibility to work in Poland (citizenship, residence card, visa, etc.) Nice to have: Jetpack Compose and Coroutines Google's Android UI design principles, patterns, best practices and interface guidelines Pptimizing mobile apps in Java and Kotlin Firebase configuration Experience working with API interfaces to integrate data and functionality in mobile applications Good understanding of Agile methodologies Zespół Software Development & Digital Services Tryb pracy Zdalnie Typ zatrudnienia W pełnym wymiarze godzin Warszawa
