GTM Engineer

We're looking for a GTM Engineer who builds the AI-powered systems behind Spark AI's own sales pipeline. You are the person who turns ads + outbound + CRM into one working machine, wiring up ad signals, outbound sequences, automations, and AI-personalized outreach that actually books meetings.

Opportunity

Right now our ads and our outbound run as separate, disconnected efforts. That's the gap. We need someone who's actually built the connective tissue before — ad engagement signal into outbound targeting, outbound into CRM, CRM into reporting — not someone learning it on our dime.

Your job in one sentence

Build, run, and continuously improve the ads + outbound + CRM system that generates pipeline for Spark AI, end to end.

Responsibilities

1-Ads + Outbound Systems — Set up and manage LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Connect ad engagement signals into outbound targeting so ads and outreach reinforce each other instead of running in parallel.

2- Sales Tooling Integration — Wire together CRM, sequencer (Plusvibe/Lemlist/GetSales), and enrichment (Clay/FullEnrich/Prospeo) so leads flow cleanly from source to first touch to pipeline stage, with no manual re-entry.

3-AI-Native Workflows — Use Clay, n8n, Claude Code, and LLM-based personalization to run outbound at scale without it reading like a template.

4-Weekly Cold Outreach Execution — Own the ongoing weekly cadence of LinkedIn + email campaigns: build sequences, launch, monitor, iterate.

5-Campaign Optimization — Track deliverability, open rate, reply rate, booking rate. Diagnose and fix underperformance, whether the cause is technical (deliverability/warmup) or strategic (targeting/messaging).

6-Documentation — Document what you build so it's repeatable and can be handed off or scaled without you being the single point of failure.

What you bring

Must have: you've already built a GTM motion that integrates ads with sales tooling before (CRM, sequencer, or enrichment). This is the bar, not a nice-to-have.

Nice to have (we use these day to day, having touched them is a plus, not a requirement):

→ Ads: Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads

→ Sequencer: Plusvibe, Lemlist, GetSales or similar

→ Enrichment: Clay, FullEnrich, Prospeo or similar

→ Automation: n8n, Claude Code or similar

AI & LLM fluency — You use AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not just experimenting with them: prompting, chaining steps, personalizing at scale.

Builder mindset — You've built a GTM system that integrated ads with sales tooling before. This is the single most important requirement, not a nice-to-have.

Results-oriented — You measure your work by the pipeline it generates, not by how elegant the automation looks.
