Accounting & Financial Reporting Lead end-to-end accounting operations, including general ledger, AP/AR, and fixed assets Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / IFRS / GAAP Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness Manage statutory, internal, and tax audits 2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning Provide actionable insights on financial performance, variances, and key business drivers Develop dashboards and MIS reporting for senior management Support strategic decision-making through scenario analysis and modeling 3. Investment Management Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow planning and liquidity management Evaluate and manage investment opportunities, capital allocation, and returns Build relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors Optimize capital structure and funding strategies 4. Strategic Finance & Business Partnering Act as a key advisor to the CEO and leadership team on financial strategy Support M&A activities, due diligence, and integration (if applicable) Identify cost optimization and revenue enhancement opportunities Drive financial discipline across business units 5. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and corporate governance requirements Implement robust risk management frameworks Monitor changes in financial regulations and assess impact 6.
