Senior Associate

Role Description The Senior Associate role is a part-time position based in Abu Dhabi with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting the design and execution of integrated marketing strategies, contributing to performance analysis, and helping optimize conversion funnels for client campaigns. The Senior Associate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, assist in managing affiliate programs, and prepare concise reports and insights for leadership and clients. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring that project tasks are delivered on time and aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
• Experience with digital channels, including online advertising, social media, and affiliate marketing.
• Strong analytical and research abilities, with proficiency in interpreting data and generating insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, including handling multiple projects in a part-time, hybrid environment.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and CRM or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or performance marketing environment is preferred.
