Senior Associate, Banking & Finance - Securitisation

Your role You'll be a part of our Banking & Finance team and work with lawyers across all of our offices. Working closely with our Partners and the wider team, you will gain exposure to the most complex and interesting transactions in the market. As a Senior Associate with a specialism in securitisation, you will work on: Public and private securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, trade receivables, whole‑business), including warehousing Securitisation like structured finance solutions (such as loan on loan and other back leverage products) Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation Supervising junior lawyers and driving efficient matter delivery This is a permanent, full-time opportunity however flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you. About you We welcome applications from lawyers trained in Australian, New Zealand, Magic Circle, US or other leading offshore firms. You will have: Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice, with strong exposure to securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, or similarly complex financing structures The ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines and progress deals Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders An interest in building a long‑term specialism in structured finance within a top‑tier environment A desire to learn, grow, network, mentor others Your development In joining Allens, you will receive unparalleled learning and development opportunities.
