Senior Assortment Planner - Nike - Hilversum, hybrid

Do you want to own the end-to-end assortment planning process at Nike, ensuring the right product mix, inventory levels and commercial performance across a retail business.

We're looking for a A senior retail planner who can own assortment, sales and inventory planning end-to-end, using commercial data to drive profitable buying decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage seasonal and multi-season assortment plans.
• Own sales, inventory, margin and Open-to-Buy (OTB) planning.
• Lead seasonal buying and adjust plans based on in-season performance.
• Analyse retail performance and use data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Translate complex data into clear commercial insights and recommendations.
• Work closely with Merchandising, Allocation, Finance, Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams.
• Present plans, performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Use new tools and analytics to improve planning and decision-making.

Ideal profile:

• Strong assortment, merchandise or retail planning experience.
• Excellent understanding of retail finance, commercial KPIs, inventory and margin.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell a story through data.
• Strategic and commercially minded, while comfortable working hands-on.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
