This firm has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to expand with ambitious plans for the future. As part of this growth, they have newly created positions at Senior Audit Manager / Audit Director level that will play a key role in the continued development of the firm.

These opportunities are ideal for a commercially focused qualified accountant seeking a senior leadership position within a highly regarded and forward-thinking organisation.

The Role

• Deliver audit, accounting and advisory services to a varied client portfolio.
• Manage client engagements from planning through to completion and delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Lead the preparation and review of accounts, audit and compliance assignments.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Support Partners on complex assignments and strategic client matters.
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives.

The Candidate

• Qualified Accountant with 3+ years PQE.
• Previous management experience within a professional practice environment.
• Strong technical expertise across audit and financial reporting.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach.
