Senior Auditor

Role Description The Owner is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operations, and growth of ZONE AUTOMOTIVE PARTS & SERVICES (T) LIMITED in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include setting business objectives, monitoring sales performance, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring the availability of genuine truck spare parts and Wynstar tyres. The role involves developing marketing initiatives, reviewing financial reports, and making data-driven decisions to improve profitability and customer satisfaction. The Owner will also provide guidance to any staff or partners, maintain compliance with local regulations, and uphold quality standards across all products and services.

Qualifications

• Strong business management skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Experience in the automotive sector, particularly in truck spare parts, tyres, or related services.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and partners.
• Competence in remote operations management, including use of digital tools for communication and reporting.
• Knowledge of the Tanzanian market and regulatory environment for automotive businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in entrepreneurship, business ownership, or senior leadership roles is an advantage.
• Relevant educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
