Senior Auditor

Role Description The Owner at the University of Tehran MBA & DBA Department is responsible for overseeing academic and operational direction of the programs in a part-time, remote capacity. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic objectives, guiding curriculum development, and aligning program content with contemporary leadership and management needs. The role involves collaborating with faculty and administrative staff, evaluating program performance, and supporting initiatives that enhance learner experience and outcomes. The Owner may also represent the department in external partnerships, ensure adherence to institutional standards, and participate in high-level decision-making related to program growth.

Qualifications

• Strong background in business, management, or leadership, preferably with experience in MBA/DBA-level education or executive training.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee academic programs, including curriculum oversight, quality assurance, and alignment with institutional goals.
• Experience in strategic planning, organizational governance, and long-term program development in an educational or corporate setting.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time role.
• Advanced degree in Business, Management, or a related field (MBA, DBA, or PhD) strongly preferred, along with prior leadership or ownership experience.
