What You'll Do

✅ Act as a trusted advisor across Azure Infrastructure, Identity, and Security.

✅ Lead technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.

✅ Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, operational readiness, and security posture.

✅ Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues using monitoring, telemetry, diagnostics, and log analysis.

✅ Develop remediation and optimization plans aligned with business and technical objectives.

✅ Support cloud migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and ongoing service lifecycle activities.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5-10 years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure and Azure administration.

✔ Strong consulting or customer-facing experience.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English.

✔ Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

✔ Experience delivering workshops, technical guidance, and knowledge-transfer sessions.

✔ Ability to collaborate across engineering, security, delivery, and business teams.

✔ Passion for continuous learning and customer success.
