📢 Contract Opportunity: Senior Billing Process Analyst (Amsterdam, Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Senior Billing Process Analyst for a leading global online travel company. This is a 12-month contract within a Finance Operations team, where you’ll own and improve the billing processes behind a business operating at scale.

The Role

You will identify, design and drive process improvements and automation, taking end-to-end ownership while working with stakeholders across the business. You’ll also support the rollout of new products and infrastructure, with a focus on tax invoicing processes.

Contract Details

📍 Amsterdam, hybrid (1 day a week onsite)

🗓 12 months

⏱ 40 hours per week

💶 €71 per hour plus VAT on top

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily billing processes with a critical, quality-focused mindset
• Develop and perform control procedures to reduce financial risk
• Identify improvements that increase efficiency and stakeholder experience
• Implement change initiatives and take part in ad-hoc projects
• Liaise with teams across the business to understand billing needs
• Educate internal teams on billing-related topics
• Set and monitor team KPIs with the Billing Manager
• Act as the subject matter expert for billing processes and engines

What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or a related field

✔ 5+ years of experience in a specialist area

✔ Experience in process or project management

✔ Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency with data, including SQL/BDX queries and SAP

✔ Ability to map process flows and identify improvement opportunities

✔ Agile, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for automation and continuous improvement

✔ Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

✔ Strong networking, influencing and change management skills

✔ Excellent teamwork and fluent English, spoken and written
