Essential Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in navigating relevant internal platforms and third-party productivity/efficiency tools.
• Advanced knowledge of requirements, workflows, and processes across internal platforms.
• Strong expertise in the three core modules: Marketplaces, Social Media, and Websites.
• Ability to efficiently analyze and manipulate data within Genesis, identifying trends and insights at an advanced level.
• Advanced Excel skills, including:
• Sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Creating and customizing charts and graphs.
• Conditional formatting, text-to-columns, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced formulas/functions.
• Building professional reports from scratch and automating processes.
• Proficiency in using PowerPoint and other reporting/presentation tools.
• Ability to integrate Excel data into presentations and business reports.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to share knowledge, coach peers, and improve team-wide analytical capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with third-party scraping and automation tools (e.g., Outwit, Octoparse).
• Programming skills that support automation within Genesis.
• Experience building web scrapers from scratch.
• Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot scraper code.
• Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, or similar while leading projects.

Critical Skills

• Advanced knowledge of internal platform requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Strong expertise across the three core modules: Marketplaces, Social Media, and Websites.
• Advanced data manipulation and trend analysis capabilities within Genesis.

• Ability to mentor team members and elevate the quality of analytical output across the team.
