Senior Brand Manager North Search is a global Executive Search and Talent Consultancy helping clients in fast-changing industries find top talent that fits their company culture and delivers real business impact On this occasion, our client is an international organization operating within the life sciences sector, currently experiencing an important phase of expansion and consolidation in Europe. We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their French team, responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives aligned with corporate goals, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting the local commercial network to achieve business objectives. Main Responsibilities: Elaborate and implement the marketing plan for the product portfolios from strategy to tactics in line with the overall company plan. Manage the marketing budget and analyze product profitability and commercial success, working with a cross-functional team. Roll out the company’s marketing strategies and annual plans within the country, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s global objectives. Implement and monitor product launches, promotional campaigns, advertising activities, and events to strengthen market presence. Coordinate the creation and adaptation of marketing materials, guaranteeing timely delivery and compliance with brand and regulatory standards. Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and data to support strategic decision-making and business planning. Collaborate with the sales team to define promotional campaigns, evaluate results, and provide marketing support tools to optimize performance. Contribute to the definition of annual and periodic sales forecasts, based on marketing insights and data analysis. Present new products and marketing initiatives during national and regional sales meetings. Maintain effective communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project progress and market feedback. Conduct brand and product portfolio presentations for the medical promotion team, sales team, pharmacists, medical and marketing events. What we're looking for: Education: Degree in Business / Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in senior marketing roles within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. Languages: English required. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Analytical mindset with proficiency in market data analysis (e.g., IQVIA). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach.
