🌍 Join Accor – a professional journey at the heart of a committed, international and transforming group

Accor, a global leader in hospitality, present in more than 110 countries with 5,500 hotels, welcomes you to its offices located in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

This is where the Group’s global expertise comes together: strategy, finance, human resources, legal, technology, marketing, sustainability, communication, audit, procurement, etc.

Joining Accor means actively contributing to defining, structuring, and supporting the transformation of an international group, in direct connection with operational teams around the world.

This is where your greatest challenge awaits:

Within the Global PM&E (Premium, Midscale & Economy) Full Funnel division, the Customer Experience & Engagement team supports the segment’s Global brands across their entire digital experience. Reporting to the PM&E VP Customer Experience & Engagement, you will work at the crossroads of brands, regions, Commerce, Digital & Tech and our digital marketing expert teams (Product, Acquisition, CRM, Content, Social media), as well as Revenue Management, Brand Partnerships and Business Performance.

Your mission:

Your playground: the websites of our Global PM&E brands (brands.com), from discovery to booking. Your ambition: make them ever smoother, more consistent and better performing, for both the guest experience and conversion. You will own the roadmap, drive optimization and scale best practices across brands and regions.

  • Website roadmap & prioritization
    • Define and prioritize the website revamp and enhancement roadmap for Global brands across Premium, Midscale & Economy segments
    • Collect, challenge and prioritize enhancement requests from regions and Global brands, based on business impact, user value and feasibility
    • Manage roadmap timelines and delivery milestones with product managers and product owners, and lead transversal digital user experience projects across brands
  • Owned channels optimization & user experience
    • Define and drive the onsite personalization roadmap, in coordination with CRM and Data teams
    • Optimize customer journeys with a full-funnel approach, from discovery to booking
    • Define the A/B testing roadmap and run tests with product teams and e-merchandisers to improve user experience and conversion
    • Ensure brand content quality, consistency and accessibility standards across brands.com, and oversee content publishing through CMS tools
    • Contribute to SEO/GEO and e-merchandising improvements alongside the dedicated experts
  • Performance management & reporting
    • Own the brands.com performance measurement framework and KPIs, leveraging analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare)
    • Act as the guardian of brands.com e-commerce performance: monitor booking funnel health, conversion and key e-commerce KPIs, identify friction points and drive continuous optimization
    • Produce and present the monthly website performance report to brand and senior stakeholders, with actionable recommendations
    • Optimize the visibility and performance of 360° brand campaigns on brand digital channels
  • Ecosystem alignment
    • Work with the ALL Accor team to strengthen brand share of voice and ensure consistency between brands.com and all.accor.com
    • Coordinate with traffic acquisition, social media, SEO and CRM teams to maximize brand visibility and performance within the ALL Accor / PM&E brands ecosystem
  • Best practices & frameworks
    • Build and maintain website experience guidelines and playbooks for Global brands and regions (UX, content, e-merchandising, personalization)
    • Capitalize on test learnings through a shared test & learn repository and run regular knowledge-sharing sessions with regions and brand teams
    • Promote consistent methodologies for prioritization, testing and performance measurement
  • Third-party relationships
    • Follow up projects with providers, run regular business reviews with partners and work hand in hand with agencies on implementing use cases, processes and ways of working

And you?

Ready to dare to make an impact on the digital experience of a global hospitality leader’s brands? This role is for you if:

  • You have 7+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, including hands-on experience optimizing e-commerce website performance (conversion, funnel analysis, A/B testing)
  • You have a strong affinity with brand marketing
  • You know the digital activation channels: media, paid traffic, SEO, CRM…
  • You are skilled with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Contentsquare…) and one or several CMS (Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress or equivalent)
  • You have a strong appetite for generative AI and good knowledge of AI tools
  • Analytical and data-driven, you turn numbers into concrete recommendations
  • You bring good project management and interpersonal skills, essential to move forward with many stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English
