As Senior Brand Manager, you will shape the Nordic growth agenda for one of Kraft Heinz’s most iconic brands—turning global strategy, consumer insight, and commercial opportunities into locally relevant plans that deliver measurable growth. Heinz brand will be your primary focus, alongside responsibility for HP Sauce, Lea & Perrins, and Bull’s-Eye.

This is a high-impact Nordic role spanning both retail and food service, with end-to-end ownership: you will build a clear three-year growth roadmap, develop integrated marketing plans, and connect brand strategy with activation across channels. Working closely with Nordic and global teams, internal stakeholders, and agency partners, you will bring commercial focus, structure, pace, and strong project leadership to the Nordic business.

  • Build and deliver a three-year growth roadmap and annual brand plans across channels for the portfolio, with Heinz as the primary focus
  • Translate agreed portfolio and innovation priorities into clear go-to-market and activation plans for the Nordic markets
  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns, product initiatives, and locally relevant activations across Nordic markets
  • Manage the brand budget, optimize investment against agreed priorities and KPIs, and connect marketing activity to sales, penetration, and market-share growth
  • Brief and lead media, creative, and activation agencies from development through delivery
  • Adapt global campaigns and develop local assets for Nordic consumers while ensuring consistent and distinctive brand execution
  • Lead launches and marketing projects in close collaboration with Sales, Category, Finance, Supply Chain, global teams, and agency partners
  • Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends, turning complex findings into clear recommendations and actions

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Fluent in English is a must have; additional Nordic language skills are an advantage.
  • A structured, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail combined with confident communication and the ability to influence across functions and markets.
  • Resilience, positive energy, strategic thinking, and a strong ownership mindset.

Your Qualifications

  • Can-do mentality: You work pro-actively, solution-oriented and get things done.
  • Analytical: We are a very data-driven company, so strong analytical capabilities is key and having  the ability to translate complex data into simple solutions and presentation while taking an analytical approach is key
