We are looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Specialist for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Marketing department. With this position, you will have the chance to take part in the team that has developed one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey. What Makes You Special? You have 5+ years of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field. You have hands-on experience managing communication campaigns from idea to execution. You have experience leading video production and content creation projects. You have worked closely with creative, PR, media, marketing, or production agencies. You have proven experience in influencer marketing. You understand how brand communication and digital marketing work together to drive business impact. You have strong project management and stakeholder management skills. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You have excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. You have advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken. Experience in a technology, e-commerce, travel, marketplace, or internet company is a strong plus. You are proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about building impactful brands. What Will You Do? Own Wingie Enuygun’s brand and marketing communication activities across both Turkey and global markets, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence. Lead video production projects from briefing and concept development to production, launch, and performance follow-up. Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create and execute integrated campaigns for local and international audiences. Manage relationships with creative, production, media, marketing, and PR agencies to deliver high-quality communication projects. Build and execute influencer marketing strategies, identify the right influencers for our brand, and manage collaborations from planning to reporting. Plan and execute brand launches, sponsorships, partnerships, award programs, and events across Türkiye and international markets. Coordinate PR activities with external agencies to support brand visibility and communication goals. Develop communication plans and campaign messaging that align with business objectives and brand strategy. Ensure consistency of brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels and touchpoints. Monitor communication performance, analyze results, and bring new ideas to continuously improve brand impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all communication activities support the company’s growth goals. Why Wingie Enuygun?
