Senior Business Analyst – 12-Month Contract x2, Public Sector

Role and Responsibilities:

• Experienced Business Analyst with experience in a public sector environment or similar
• Stakeholder management
• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.
• Document support design of end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and maintain all Business Requirements Documents
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
• Data Analysis

What you need:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with large-scale ICT or public-sector projects.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments and acting as a Product Owner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure DevOps, including creation of user stories, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
• Knowledge of GDPR, Irish public-sector procurement

What’s on offer:

• Daily rate 450-500
• Hybrid working – 1 day onsite in Tullamore
• Long term contract
