Senior Business Analyst

Location: Edmonton, AB (Hybrid – typically 2 days onsite per week)

Duration: Contract until December 31, 2027, with possibility of extension

Job Overview

We are seeking two experienced Senior Business Analysts to support a large-scale ERP/EAM transformation program. The role will focus on business requirements, solution design, data migration, system integration, testing, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and stakeholder workshops.
• Document business and functional requirements for ERP/EAM solutions.
• Support data migration, system integration, and testing activities.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and implementation partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion and/or IBM Maximo (SaaS).
• Experience delivering at least one large-scale ERP, EAM, and/or billing transformation project from design through configuration/development, testing, and implementation.
• Strong requirements-gathering, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data migration, integration requirements, and system testing.

Nice to Have: Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
