Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Business Analyst to support our software delivery projects.

You’ll take ownership of project documentation, functional specifications, and user materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment between client expectations and development outcomes.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Project Managers, Product Managers, and client representatives to translate ideas and requirements into actionable, well-structured documentation and training content.

What you bring:

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager in software product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with catalog-style products (marketplaces, data catalogs, package indexes, registries, or model hubs). Candidates should specify relevant products and their exact role.
• Agile Delivery Leadership: Proven experience owning backlogs and working daily with software engineering teams.
• AI/ML Requirements: Experience defining acceptance criteria, confidence thresholds, and review workflows for AI/LLM-assisted features.
• UX/UI Skills: Ability to produce basic wireframes and user flow sketches.

Your daily tasks:

• Create, update, and maintain project and functional documentation for software solutions.
• Translate user stories from Product Managers into detailed functional specifications.
• Describe user workflows, system logic, and error handling clearly and accurately.
• Prepare user guides, training materials, and training plans for end-users and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Project and Product Managers on requirements and documentation standards.
• Work directly with client representatives to validate requirements and documentation.

This is a B2B freelance position — we work on an hourly basis, and you’ll invoice us each month for the hours you’ve worked.
