Business Analyst | HCM Transformation | Remote

Good Daily rate

ASAP start through to March 2027

I’m looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join an HCM transformation project with a leading Australian university.

You’ll support the replacement of an existing HCM platform, working closely with HR, payroll, recruitment and technology teams to define requirements and improve how their systems and processes work.

The role covers stakeholder workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, integration requirements and support for testing and business readiness.

I’m keen to speak with BAs who bring:

• Experience delivering HCM, HRIS or HR technology implementations.
• A strong understanding of HR, recruitment and payroll processes.
• Proven requirements gathering, documentation and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working across complex enterprise systems and integrations.

Previous university or higher education experience will be highly regarded, particularly an understanding of university employment structures, enterprise agreements and payroll complexities.

Exposure to Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or similar platforms would also be valuable.
