We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team delivering key digital transformation initiatives within a government environment.

Working closely with business and technical stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining requirements, shaping solutions and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities, gathering and documenting complex business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user stories, journey maps, process maps and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, developers and testers.
• Contribute to solution design, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security and data management requirements.
• Support testing, issue resolution and successful implementation of solutions.

About You

• Proven experience as a Lead Business Analyst on complex digital or technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent requirements gathering and documentation capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile, multi-disciplinary delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
