You sit between business and IT: clarify objectives with stakeholders, capture and refine requirements, and turn them into testable specs for delivery teams.

𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗔𝗬

• Business and process analysis — cards, payments, securities, insurance, AML / KYC or fraud

• Workshops with product owners, architects, operations, legal and compliance

• Requirements, impact analysis, traceability, testing and validation support

• Agile ceremonies, backlog / feature input, clear communication to business and IT

• Where relevant: regulatory change, reporting, conceptual or data modelling

Languages: 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 on most mandates; English as stated

Location: Brussels client sites (often 5 min walk from Central Station; some Brussels centre)

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗪𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 𝗙𝗢𝗥

• 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝗰𝗵 at professional level (required on most seats — mandate-specific which one)

• Senior / Expert BA experience (~5–8+ years; expert tracks often ~7+ in domain)

• Proven banking or insurance work in Belgium (or transferable regulated FS)

• Strong requirements lifecycle: elicitation → documentation → prioritisation → validation → traceability

• Workshop facilitation and clear stakeholder communication

• Hybrid Brussels comfort

• Agile; current demand especially in credit / credit risk, mortgage, AML / KYC, digital identity, AI data, digital channels

• Structured, analytical, independent on client site

• Relevant degree; CBAP / PMI-PBA a plus

• Freelance / B2B setup for Belgian client contracting
