Senior Business Analyst - Underwriting Workbench

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the same underwriting workbench implementation from a business and process perspective, ensuring that requirements accurately reflect operational underwriting needs and standard business practice. Key Focus Areas: Requirements gathering and elicitation across underwriting stakeholders Business process mapping and process improvement Production of standard Business Analysis deliverables and documentation Key Deliverables: Business requirements documents and process maps Workshop facilitation outputs and stakeholder sign-off records User stories and standard supporting BA artefacts Ongoing input into requirements traceability and project documentation Proven track record as a Senior Business Analyst on insurance or underwriting-related change programmes, ideally within Lloyd's / London Market. Strong generalist BA skillset: stakeholder workshops, requirements elicitation, process mapping, and translation of business needs into clear documentation. Confident engaging directly with business stakeholders and able to work independently within a wider project team. Length: Initial 12 month contract
