  • Serve as the primary point of contact for software and hardware vendors and manage vendor performance, service levels, contract administration, issue resolution, and strategic roadmap discussions.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate system performance, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements that enhance operational effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Deliver end-user training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of systems.

  • Support audits, inspections, and customer due diligence activities involving technology systems and data integrity controls.
  • Partner closely with Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and IT teams to identify business needs and translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.
  • Coordinate and support system validation activities in accordance with applicable FDA, GxP, and internal quality requirements.
  • Ensure technology solutions comply with applicable local, state, federal, and customer-specific regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical distribution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives supporting the growth and evolution of the Specialty Logistics Services business.
