The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Cabin Crew professional to support cabin operations, passenger safety, inflight service, crew coordination, emergency preparedness, and service excellence.
The ideal candidate will provide strong operational leadership within the cabin, support junior crew members, maintain high safety and service standards, and respond confidently to passenger needs, medical situations, emergencies, and operational disruptions.
Key Responsibilities- Perform cabin safety, security, passenger-service, and operational duties in accordance with approved company and aviation procedures.
- Participate in pre-flight briefings and review flight plans, passenger information, safety requirements, special requests, and operational considerations.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections of cabins, galleys, lavatories, emergency equipment, safety equipment, and passenger areas.
- Verify that emergency equipment is present, accessible, serviceable, and properly secured.
- Ensure cabin areas are prepared to required safety, cleanliness, presentation, and service standards.
- Support boarding activities and ensure passengers are welcomed and assisted professionally.
- Assist passengers with seating, baggage, special requirements, and general travel needs.
- Conduct safety demonstrations and provide clear and professional safety instructions.
- Ensure passengers comply with seat-belt, baggage, seating, electronic-device, and other safety requirements.
- Maintain continuous awareness of cabin conditions and identify potential safety, security, or passenger-care risks.
- Conduct required cabin checks during all relevant phases of flight.
- Monitor passenger comfort, behavior, and service requirements throughout the flight.
- Deliver food, beverage, amenity, and other inflight services according to established standards.
- Maintain professional standards of cabin presentation, service delivery, cleanliness, and organization.
- Provide personalized service to premium, VIP, corporate, and frequent-traveler passengers where applicable.
- Anticipate passenger needs and proactively address reasonable service requirements.
- Provide appropriate support to children, elderly passengers, passengers with disabilities, passengers with reduced mobility, and other passengers requiring assistance.
- Coordinate special assistance arrangements in accordance with approved procedures.
- Respond professionally to passenger questions, requests, concerns, and complaints.
- Resolve service issues and implement appropriate service-recovery measures within assigned authority.
- Escalate safety, security, medical, operational, and passenger issues when required.
- Maintain professional communication with passengers from diverse cultural, linguistic, and social backgrounds.
- Coordinate closely with the Purser, Cabin Manager, Flight Deck, and other cabin crew members.
- Support effective communication and coordination across the cabin team.
- Assist in allocating cabin responsibilities and service tasks according to operational requirements.
- Monitor completion of assigned duties and support consistent crew performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and practical support to junior cabin crew members.
- Assist newly appointed crew members with familiarization, procedures, service standards, and operational practices.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and mutual support among cabin crew.
- Lead assigned cabin activities when required and provide effective operational direction.
- Maintain strong situational awareness during normal, abnormal, and emergency operations.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to medical incidents, turbulence, passenger illness, and other inflight events.
- Provide first aid and passenger assistance within approved training and authorization.
- Follow established procedures for onboard medical emergencies and coordinate with the flight deck and relevant support resources.
- Respond to smoke, fire, decompression, evacuation, security threats, unruly passengers, and other emergencies according to approved procedures.
- Operate emergency equipment and systems in accordance with aircraft-specific training.
- Support evacuation procedures and maintain effective passenger communication and control during emergencies.
- Apply appropriate procedures during turbulence, severe weather, technical issues, diversions, and other operational disruptions.
- Identify and report safety hazards, equipment defects, security concerns, service issues, and operational irregularities.
- Complete required safety, service, incident, and cabin documentation accurately.
- Maintain accurate records of relevant passenger incidents, medical events, safety concerns, and operational occurrences.
- Conduct post-flight cabin checks and ensure identified issues are appropriately reported.
- Support the secure handling of company property, passenger belongings, documents, and cabin equipment.
- Protect passenger information and maintain appropriate confidentiality and discretion.
- Follow applicable aviation-security, customs, immigration, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain required licenses, qualifications, medical clearances, certifications, and recurrent training.
- Participate in safety, emergency, medical, security, service, and aircraft-specific training programs.
- Maintain current knowledge of aircraft configurations, cabin procedures, emergency equipment, service standards, and company policies.
- Participate in cabin-quality inspections, service audits, safety assessments, and operational reviews.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives related to safety, passenger experience, service delivery, and cabin efficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback regarding operational challenges, passenger needs, service standards, and cabin procedures.
- Support irregular-operations activities during delays, cancellations, diversions, and other disruptions.
- Assist with passenger communication, welfare arrangements, rebooking coordination, and other support activities when assigned.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, uniform, conduct, and presentation standards.
- Represent the organization professionally throughout the passenger journey.

The successful candidate should have strong experience as a Flight Attendant, Cabin Crew Member, Senior Cabin Crew, Cabin Supervisor, Purser, or other experienced aviation cabin professional, preferably within an international commercial airline or premium aviation environment.
The candidate should demonstrate:
- Proven professional experience in commercial aviation cabin operations.
