Senior Clinical IAM and Context Specialist

Our New Brunswick client is hiring a Senior Clinical IAM and Context Specialist for a 24-month remote contract opportunity. The resource must be available to travel to New Brunswick at least once per quarter.

Must Haves:

• 3+ years of experience designing or assessing application access, authentication, identity integration, or clinical workflow solutions in large healthcare or enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience in hospital or clinical environments, understanding authentication, contextual launch, session management, and clinical workflows.
• 5+ years of experience developing solution architectures and conducting technical assessments involving multiple applications, integration platforms, identity services, and end-user technologies.
• 3+ years of experience collaborating with application owners, clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• 5+ years of experience supporting large-scale system implementations, including architecture reviews, solution recommendations, deployment planning, testing, and go-live support.
• Strong experience with clinical authentication and access architecture, including SSO, tap-and-go, MFA, clinical session management, and shared workstations.
• Experience with contextual launch, synchronized application context, clinical workflow integration, and interoperability.
• Technical proficiency with Imprivata or comparable SSO technologies, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, SAML, SMART on FHIR, RESTful FHIR APIs, and PowerShell.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
