MSZ Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Clinical IAM & Context Specialist for a long-term healthcare IT transformation project

📍 Location: Remote

📅 Start: December 7, 2026

⏳ Duration: 2 years + extension options

💼 Type: Contract

Key Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in hospital or clinical IT environments
• 5+ years of solution architecture and large-scale implementation experience
• Clinical Identity & Access Management (IAM), SSO and MFA
• Imprivata or comparable clinical SSO technologies
• Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0/OIDC and SAML
• SMART on FHIR, RESTful FHIR APIs and PowerShell
• Clinical workflow integration, patient context synchronization and session management
• Experience with clinical application access and healthcare interoperability

⭐ French language skills are an asset.
