The Role

We are looking for a senior hospitality professional with a strong background in Revenue Management to lead the commercial performance of a growing Japan portfolio.

You will oversee Revenue Management, Distribution, Reservations and broader commercial functions, driving pricing strategy, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, channel optimization and profitability across multiple properties.

We’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in the hospitality industry

• Strong Revenue Management experience

• Multi-property / cluster experience highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of pricing, forecasting, distribution and channel strategy

• Leadership experience and strong commercial acumen

• Business-level English

• Sales experience is NOT essential
