Role Description The Senior Commercial Officer will manage and grow commercial activities for Seksjon for psykisk helse og rehabilitering (INN Elverum), focusing on partnerships, revenue generation, and service promotion. This part-time hybrid role is based in Abu Dhabi, with a mix of on-site work and agreed work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing commercial opportunities, supporting contract negotiations, and monitoring performance against commercial targets. The Senior Commercial Officer will collaborate with internal teams to align commercial initiatives with organizational goals, provide regular reporting on key metrics, and contribute to the development of training and service offerings. The role also involves maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring high-quality customer interactions that reflect the organization’s values and standards.

- Strong commercial and sales skills, with experience in developing and managing revenue-generating initiatives.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Experience in designing and delivering training related to commercial, customer-facing, or service-oriented topics.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote settings.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Health Administration) or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including basic financial understanding and the ability to interpret commercial performance data.
- Knowledge of healthcare or rehabilitation services, or strong interest in the mental health and rehabilitation sector, is an advantage.
