Senior Compliance Specialist

Role Description The Senior Compliance Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing and strengthening compliance practices across P & PG’s real estate activities. This role involves monitoring regulatory requirements, reviewing internal policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and standards. The specialist will conduct compliance risk assessments, track changes in relevant regulations, and prepare clear reports and recommendations for leadership. Day-to-day tasks also include providing guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance matters, supporting audits, addressing potential issues proactively, and contributing to continuous improvement of the company’s compliance framework.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance, with demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain effective compliance programs.
• Solid grounding in Legal Compliance, including interpreting laws and regulations relevant to real estate and translating them into practical policies and procedures.
• Advanced Analytical Skills to assess risks, review documentation, identify gaps, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Excellent Communication skills for drafting clear compliance documentation, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in compliance or legal roles, preferably within real estate, financial services, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field; professional compliance or legal certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to ethical standards and continuous improvement.
